Those are names to be found in the most important guides of Italian gastronomy.The recipe of success is down to the effort we put in to enhance the quality of our meals by using original products of high quality standards and typical recipes of the region.

Taking into consideration the availability of the products according to the seasons, we continually change our menu every 3 weeks.

The wine cellar of Villa Pitiana Restaurant, which is now open for guided tastings, offers to connoisseurs as well as lovers of good wines the possibility to enjoy the great variety of wines in an exclusive atmosphere.

Considering the pre-existent architectural structure of the Building and the needing we had of new technologies for the best preservation of our wines we decided, a few years ago, to design our cellar in the most ancient part of the Villa.

At the moment we write, we have in stock more than 1300 labels at our guest’s disposal: a selection of the world-wide winegrower’s production with a particular attention to Tuscany wines and to Italian wines in general.
