10.30 am Out for a visit to a Winery Estate and following wine tasting led by our staff
13.00 pm Arriving at Villa Pitiana. Olive Oil tasting and cooking lesson led by our chef and sommelier with following lunch (see programme below). A calling at our ancient wine cellar
15.30 pm Departure and calling at the Outlet “The Mall” where the most important Italian fashion firms will be welcome you for the ultimate shopping

- Visit to the Winery Estate with wine tasting led by our sommelier and simultaneous English interpreter
- Enjoy Your staying at Villa Pitiana with the following programme:
After Your arriving we will welcome You in a private room with a distinctive Olive Oil tasting along with “bruschette” (crunchy warm bread with different filling) You’ll explained about the characteristics and quality of each olive Oil and how to use it.
You will taste also Tuscany canapés along with bruschette and Olive Oil.
A fresh mix salad will be served before the main course (home made pasta with fresh tomato sauce and goat cheese)
Our Executive Chef will be explaining the dishes directly at Your table
The Chef will provide also a full explanation and demonstration on how to make the dessert: a superb Florentine style “Zuccotto” (Ice Creamed Cake)
After lunch we’ll call at our ancient Wine Cellar that guest more than 1.300 different wines and our “Bottega” (shop) with the best local food product
